PemyKonekt collects business information you provide during registration (business name, phone number, email) and transaction data generated through WhatsApp commerce (orders, payment records, customer phone numbers). We do not collect personal data from your customers beyond what is necessary to process their orders.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to operate the PemyKonekt platform: processing WhatsApp orders, facilitating M-Pesa payments, generating KRA eTIMS invoices, and providing analytics. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored securely on cloud infrastructure. Sensitive credentials (M-Pesa passkeys, API keys) are encrypted at rest. All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption.

4. Third-Party Services

PemyKonekt integrates with Meta (WhatsApp Business API), Safaricom (M-Pesa Daraja API), and Kenya Revenue Authority (eTIMS). Your data shared with these services is governed by their respective privacy policies.

5. Your Rights
